When disputes arise, everyone tends to see their own side of the issue, and no one else’s. An amicable solution often seems a long way off, and conflicting interests irreconcilable. The conflict is in danger of escalating. As impartial outsiders, we get everyone to sit down around a table and talk. We show them how to work towards an outcome acceptable to all parties. We keep relevant stakeholders up to speed on progress. IFOK has been able to defuse numerous conflicts in the past and find accepted solutions.
